Per the MN JCI Senate Bylaws and Policies, four meetings are held each year.
ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting is held between March 1 and May 31. Communication is sent to all dues-paid MN JCI Senate Members at their last known postal or email address.
REGULAR MEETINGS
The regular MN JCI Senate meetings of this corporation are usually held on the same weekend as JCI Minnesota holds its conventions and state meetings.
